Physician’s Referral:

Depending on your insurance company and the type of coverage you have, you might need a physician’s referral in order to use your benefits.
If you have an active ICBC claim, in order to get an extension for your future treatments, you might need a physician’s prescription.

MSP/ INSURANCE:

We do not work with MSP and WCB. We do work with all general insurances. However, there are some exceptions such as Superstore Insurance. It means that you will pay for the session and then submit it yourself after, in order to get reimbursed.

Payment Options / Method:

We do accept cash, debit, and credit card for payment.

Cancellation Policy:

We do have  24 hours to 48 hours cancellation policy. Any cancellations that are made in less than 24 hours, will result in a $50 charge.
